Shevon Thompson and Jalen Jenkins each scored 15 points and George Mason hung on to beat Richmond, 71-67, in overtime on Saturday.

Marquise Moore scored eight of his 11 points in overtime, while Patrick Holloway added 13 points and Isaiah Jackson finished with 11 for the Patriots (8-16, 3-9 Atlantic 10).

With George Mason trailing 67-66 with 2:16 to play in the extra period, Moore drilled a go-ahead jumper then hit two of four free throws to push the Patriots to a three-point lead with 13 seconds to play.

George Mason won its first overtime game in three chances this season

T.J. Cline scored 18 points to lead Richmond (13-12, 6-6 A10), which is 1-9 on the road this season.

Kendall Anthony added 10 points for the Spiders, and sent the game to overtime with a pair of free throws with one second left.
