A major supplier of GOP merchandize has launched a merchandising website dedicated to supporting Jeb Bush presidential aspirations and is giving away a million free bumper stickers promoting the former Florida governor.
The Spaulding Group rolled out the jebbushstore.com, where visitors are asked to sign a petition urging Mr. Bush to enter the 2016 presidential race and also can receive a free bumper sticker by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope.
“If someone puts a bumper sticker on their car, that is a vote,” said Ted Jackson, who founded the group. “I think Jeb is the frontunner.”
Mr. Jackson worked on the presidential campaigns of Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, and the Spaulding Group has previously sold merchandize for numerous candidates and groups, including the NRA.
The online store is selling pro-Bush buttons, lapel pins, and T-shirts, as well as other Bush-related goods, including an iPhone case.
