Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump on Monday panned Hillary Clinton’s bathroom break during Saturday’s debate as “disgusting,” and he used a crude sexual term to describe her loss in the 2008 Democratic presidential primary contest.

“I know where she went,” Mr. Trump said at a rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan. “It’s disgusting. I don’t want to talk about it. No, it’s too disgusting. … We want to be very, very straight-up, OK?”

Mrs. Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential front-runner, returned late from a break during Saturday’s Democratic debate, saying “sorry” upon returning.

“Everything that’s been involved in Hillary has been losses,” Mr. Trump also said Monday. “Even her race to Obama — she was going to beat Obama. … How does it get worse? But she was going to beat, she was favored to win, and she got schlonged. She lost.”
