The Baltimore Orioles postponed Monday night’s game against the Chicago White Sox amid riots and looting following the funeral of Freddie Gray.

New MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred, who was visiting Oriole Park at Camden Yards on Monday, suggested the Orioles could play games at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., the Baltimore Sun reported.

Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake announced a weeklong, citywide curfew of 10 p.m. beginning Tuesday. The Orioles are scheduled to host the White Sox on Tuesday night and Wednesday night, and then the Tampa Bay Rays on Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.

Team officials consulted with Baltimore Police before deciding to postpone the game less than an hour before scheduled first pitch.

No makeup date was immediately announced. The team asked fans via Twitter to “keep their tickets & parking until more info is available.”

Ubaldo Jimenez was set to start for the Orioles, opposing Chicago’s Hector Noesi.

Fans were asked to remain at Oriole Park at Camden Yards following Saturday night’s game due to safety concerns after protests turned violent.
