Shocking video has emerged that reportedly shows Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice punching out his then-fiancee’ in an Atlantic City casino elevator.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is reviewing the new evidence that was posted by TMZ around 4 a.m. Monday, the New York Daily News reported.

“We requested from law enforcement any and all information about the incident, including the video from inside the elevator. That video was not made available to us. And no one in our office has seen it until today,” the NFL said in a statement.

The video shows Rice and Janay Palmer, who are now married, getting into an elevator inside Feb. 15 at the Revel Casino.

Soon after the elevator doors close, Palmer approaches Rice, who knocks her out with a punch to the chin. Rice then drags Palmer’s unconscious body into the hallway, where they are met by a security guard, the Daily News reported.

TMZ had posted video of Rice dragging Palmer out of the elevator, but Monday was the first time footage of inside the elevator was released.

Goodell gave Rice a two-game suspension for the earlier video, drawing criticism for being too soft on domestic violence. Goodell instituted a new domestic abuse policy late last month, where a first-time offender would get a six-game suspension and a second offense could lead to a lifetime ban, the Daily News reported.
