Bill Gates, the wealthiest man in the United States and one of the richest around the world, admits his watch is bottom dollar.
In fact, it only cost him about $10 he said, during Politico’s Lessons Fro Leaders event.
Among Mr. Gates’ other admissions: He plays a lot of tennis and suggests “a full body swing” to bring the best game results; he reads The Economist each week, cover to cover. And he’s just finished reading Henry Kissinger’s new tome, “World Order.”
The Microsoft tycoon, whose financial worth was just estimated by Forbes at $81 billion, said he’s about to dig into “The Rosie Project,” his wife’s latest read, simply because he caught her laughing out loud while scanning its pages, Politico reported.
The Lessons From Leaders is supposed to be a regular Politico feature aimed at gauging habits and bits of wisdom from some of the nation’s most notable.
