Carter says he thinks the United States has made a wise decision in launching an aerial attack on Islamic State forces, and that an effective air assault could lead the group to begin moving major equipment from Iraq into Syria.
Carter also took questions on the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, marijuana decriminalization in the United States.
