The Baltimore Ravens announced anyone who wants to dump their Ray Rice jerseys can trade it in, so long as certain criteria are met.
The jerseys have to be licensed by the NFL, made by either Nike or Reebok, and bought or been available for purchase at the Ravens team store at M&T Bank Stadium or the Ravens’ official website, a local news station reported.
The exchange is set for Sept. 19 and Sept. 20 at the M&T Bank Stadium from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. No exchanges will be accepted at Thursday’s Ravens-Pittsburgh Steelers game, the station reported.
A licensing expert will be on scene to ensure the jerseys meet the exchange standards, and exchanges are limited to one per person.
Rice was cut by the Ravens and suspended indefinitely by the NFL on Monday for punching his then-fiancee in an Atlantic City hotel in February. The two have since married.
