San Francisco’s World Series celebrations were marred by shootings and arrests, as crowds of revelers took to the streets to cheer Wednesday’s win over the Kansas City Royals.

One person walked into a nearby hospital seeking treatment from a gunshot wound in the Mission District, Fox News reported. Another had been shot a short time earlier in the same spot of the city, police said.

The injuries weren’t life threatening, and police are seeking the suspects, Fox News said.

San Francisco Police spokesman Gordon Shyy said a third individual had been injured in a stabbing, and that police had made a slew of arrests, Fox News said.

Police donned riot gear to patrol the district and make sure the firecrackers and bonfires set in the streets didn’t get out of control.

Police also said huge crowds had gathered around the Civic Center and that most of the city bus services were suspended out of safety concerns, Fox News said.
