A man dressed as Mr. Incredible took on a woman dressed as Batgirl in the streets of Los Angeles, ultimately shoving her and throwing her to the ground in an apparent — and very public — battle over tourist territory.

The two characters engaged in a shoving match on the streets of Hollywood Boulevard — and by a video account on the incident, it was Mr. Incredible who pushed first. Three other costumed characters tried to intervene, Raw Story reported.

But Mr. Incredible then breaks free and tries to reach at Batgirl again, seeming on tape to throw a punch and kick, before tossing her to the ground.

Finally, a couple other characters break up the brawl — Freddy Krueger, Waldo from the “Where’s Waldo?” series and Chewbacca from “Star Wars” actually — pulling Mr. Incredible from Batgirl’s body. The reason for the fight?

The performer in Mr. Incredible costume said that Batgirl was standing “too close” to him, and honing in on his tourist dollar donations, Raw Story reported.

The video was posted to FilmOn.com.

KTLA reported that nobody was charged in the incident, which drew a large gathering of shocked passersby.
