Roma Downey of “Touched by an Angel” acting fame said a new show’s coming to television that will highlight how God has worked in every day believers’ lives — and she’s seeking those with a miracle story to tell.

Ms. Downey, who also produced the highly successful television series, “The Bible,” with her husband, Mark Burnett, said this current project — a six-part series — will be ready to air in 2015. She will host; he will serve as executive producer, USA Today reported.

“Mark and I feel passionate about providing projects that show people’s lives in positive and uplifting ways,” Ms. Downey said, USA Today reported. “This is a wonderful opportunity to work with TLC and host a series that will inspire and encourage viewers to remember that even in the worst circumstances, prayer can lead to divine intervention.”

The project’s not yet been titled, but anyone with a miracle story to share can go to Lightworkersmedia.com, the production company that’s affiliated with the show, and pass along the specifics, USA Today reported.

“TLC is always looking for remarkable, heart-warming and eye-opening stories,” Nancy Daniels, general manager of TLC, told USA Today.

Ms. Downey starred in the CBS successful drama, “Touched by an Angel.”
