NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - Keuring Green Mountain, Inc. has awarded a $5,000 grant to the Hermitage Museum & Gardens for a wetlands restoration project.

The Hermitage announced the grant Tuesday. The money will be used to help pay for restoring 6,000 square feet of wetlands on the west side of the museum’s property.

The Hermitage plans to provide educational wetlands tours for Norfolk public school students in grades through six.

The project is expected to be completed by June 2015.
