OPINION:
Rep. Paul Ryan, Wisconsin Republican, doesn’t get it. Now that the anti-Obama wave has put congressional Republicans front and center, his weak blather of “securing the borders” isn’t enough.
The country is awash with overcrowding and crime, and young people can’t find livable wages. Now is the time for enforcing the law, starting with deportations. No more fancy plans.
