The hits keep coming for the Redskins.

Nose tackle Chris Baker (chest) will not play Sunday against San Francisco. Left tackle Trent Williams (knee and ankle) did not practice again Friday — he has not practiced all week — and is questionable to play Sunday. Williams will be re-evaluated after the Redskins fly to San Francisco on Friday night.

If Williams can not play, left tackle will be taken over by rookie Morgan Moses.

“He’s made progress,” coach Jay Gruden said of Williams. “We’ll see.”

Tight end Jordan Reed (hamstring) is also out.

Linebacker Trent Murphy (knee) was a full participant in Friday’s practice. He’s probable for the game.

With Baker out, Barry Cofield will receive more playing time, as will Kedric Golston. Cofield has played in just two games this season because of an injured ankle. He was placed on the injured reserve list with a designation to return after Week 1. Cofield was back on the field last week against Tampa Bay. He made two tackles and played 58 percent of the defensive plays against the Buccaneers.

Left guard Shawn Lauvao (concussion) is also questionable to play Sunday.
