SHREVEPORT, La. (AP) - Shreveport police are looking for a missing 10-year-old girl.
A Friday news release from the Shreveport Police Department says Makaylah Haywood was reported missing by family members when she failed to return home from school Thursday afternoon.
Security cameras at her apartment complex show her running on a sidewalk and, later, approaching a white four-door sedan at an intersection. However, it is unclear from the video whether she got into the car. Police say images show the car speeding away from the scene.
