MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man will serve up to 15 years in prison for what prosecutors say was a drug-driven burglary spree last year.
Twenty-three-year-old Kyle Berlinguette of Manchester pleaded guilty Friday to 11 felony counts, including six burglaries, receiving stolen property and being a felon in possession of a handgun.
He was sentenced to 7-1/2 to 15 years in prison.
Hillsborough County Attorney Patricia LaFrance said most of the crimes occurred last August and September in Manchester, Goffstown and Bedford. She said items stolen were valued in excess of $25,000.
LaFrance said police were able to recover some of the stolen jewelry but not an unspecified number of guns that were taken.
Berlinguette was also ordered to pay nearly $11,000 in restitution.
