WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - A man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for fatally shooting another man after an argument over a dice game.

Twenty-seven-year-old Kasheif Dollard of Bear apologized to the family of Kevin Waterman at sentencing Friday in Superior Court in Wilmington.

Dollard pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in January in the slaying of the 22-year-old Waterman.

Prosecutors say on July 20, 2012, after an argument with Waterman over a dice game, Dollard pulled a handgun and shot Waterman, striking him in the back as the victim walked down a Wilmington street.
