HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - The 2014 session of the Connecticut General Assembly at a glance. Some bills still await the governor’s signature or veto:

PASSED:

- Minimum wage increase to $10.10 an hour by 2017

- Wide-ranging proposal that attempts to address and prevent sexual assaults on college campuses

- $400 million tax credit deal with United Technologies Corp. in return for $500 million in promised upgrades at Pratt & Whitney, Sikorsky and UTC Aerospace facilities

- $2 million in borrowing to help purchase and protect 1,000 of wooded acreage in Old Saybrook, Westbrook and Essex, known as “The Preserve”

- New rules for guardians ad litem, frequently involved in contentious child custody cases

- $19 billion budget, crafted by the Democrats, for the new fiscal year beginning July 1

- Expanded mandatory use of ignition interlock system for drunken drivers

- Access to birth certificates for people whose adoptions were finalized on or after Oct. 1, 1983

- A temporary moratorium on fracking waste in Connecticut

- Study of new public retirement savings plan for private workers

- Development of concussion education plan for student athletes and parents

FAILED:

- Gov. Dannel P. Malloy’s proposed $55-per-person tax rebate

- Malloy’s planned additional $100 million payment to the state’s pension fund

- Proposal to allow physicians to prescribe medication to help terminally ill patients end their lives

- Plans for the gambling game keno in bars and restaurants

- Proposal by municipal utility companies that would allow them challenge customers who may be abusing the winter no-shut-off rules

- New restrictions on the release of information from homicides

- Coverage of post-traumatic stress disorder under the Worker’s Compensation Law

- Allowing juvenile offenders with lengthy sentences a chance for parole

- Chimpanzee attack victim Charla Nash’s request to sue the state of Connecticut
