CLEVELAND (AP) - Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to travel to Cleveland on Wednesday to deliver a speech about investing in infrastructure and the economy.

Biden’s office confirmed the plans Thursday but wouldn’t provide any details about the appearance.

Biden also promoted infrastructure spending during a visit to a different part of northern Ohio last fall. He toured a rail cargo hub south of Toledo and said that investing in railways, ports and highways would keep and create manufacturing jobs in the Midwest and elsewhere.
