MARION, Ind. (AP) - Indiana Wesleyan University will use a $3 million dollar grant from the Lilly Endowment to improve the job prospects of its graduates.

The university based in Marion says it will use the grant announced Tuesday to create a series of workshops for startup businesses and organizations and $600,000 in paid student internships for startups less than five years old.

Indiana Wesleyan also will create an entrepreneurship certificate program for all of its majors, will host job fairs each spring, and create a weeklong expo celebrating Indiana venues and employment opportunities.
