OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) - The Seattle Mariners and Oakland Athletics are calling up pitchers for the 26th roster spot for a doubleheader.
Seattle called up righty Erasmo Ramirez from Triple-A Tacoma to start the second game of the doubleheader against Oakland.
The Athletics recalled right-hander Arnold Leon from Triple-A Sacramento. Leon will start the second game if Oakland uses Drew Pomeranz in relief in the opener.
