COLUMBIA, La. (AP) - State police say a 77-year-old Columbia man has died in a single vehicle accident in Caldwell Parish.
Trooper Albert Paxton says Isaac McClanahan died early Monday morning when his truck ran off Louisiana Highway 133 northeast of Columbia and hit a culvert.
Paxton says McClanahan was not wearing his seat belt and was pronounced dead on the scene by the Caldwell Parish Coroner’s Office.
