PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Oregon is $3.88.

That’s up a penny in a week, 19 cents in a month, and it’s 23 cents higher than a year ago. It’s 21 cents higher than the national average.

Some metro prices from AAA’s Monday survey: Portland $3.88, Salem $3.87, Eugene-Springfield $3.93, and Medford-Ashland $3.89.
