LONDON (AP) - England will be cheered on by Prince Harry at its final World Cup group stage match in Brazil.
The fourth in line to the British throne will be in Belo Horizonte for the Costa Rica game on June 24 as part of a four-day trip to Brazil.
Queen Elizabeth II’s grandson also traveled to South Africa for the 2010 World Cup, enduring England’s 0-0 draw against Algeria.
Harry’s private secretary, Edward Lane Fox, says the prince hopes the Costa Rica game will be “slightly more memorable than the last England World Cup match he attended, and that he will be cheering England on to the knockout stages with the other fans.”
The prince will also watch host Brazil play Cameroon in the capital Brasilia on June 23.
