HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - State police are investigating after human remains were found on state game lands outside Harrisburg.

Trooper Rob Hicks says a man looking for wild flowers came across the remains Tuesday afternoon, the Patriot-News (https://bit.ly/1gJewaX ) reports.

The remains were found on Game Lands parcel 170 just north of Route 81, about five miles outside of Harrisburg.

Hicks say preliminary examination suggests the remains were of an unidentified adult male, and the investigation is continuing.
