WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Police arrested four juveniles and charged them with possession of an incendiary device after they were spotted in the parking lot of a stadium in Wilmington pouring chemicals into plastic bottles.

Police say they were called to a parking lot of the Daniel S. Frawley Stadium on Wednesday evening after an employee noticed the juveniles. Police say the group’s arrest comes after an incident Wednesday morning during which multiple pressurized bottles containing household chemicals were thrown onto the stadium’s field. An investigation is ongoing.

All four of the arrested juveniles are from Wilmington. Three are 13 and one is 11. Police did not identify the juveniles by name.

Frawley Stadium is home to the Wilmington Blue Rocks, a minor league baseball team.
