MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Minot’s newly-hired city attorney has been fired.
City Council Chairman Jim Hatlelid says Colleen Auer was dismissed Friday afternoon for insubordination. She started working for the city in April, replacing the retired John Van Grinsven.
Hatlelid tells KXMC-TV (https://bit.ly/1kzuocY ) that Auer did not get along with her supervisor, acting City Manager Cindy Hemphill.
