REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) - State police say a 22-year-old man was stabbed after a minor car accident in a restaurant parking lot.

Police say the victim backed his car into another vehicle shortly before 2 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the Delaware Distilling Company in Rehoboth Beach.

Police say some other people on the scene pulled the man from his car and began attacking him. He was stabbed in the upper body during the scuffle.

Police say the victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive his injuries.
