PARIS, Maine (AP) - Police say they expect to make arrests soon in the hit-and-run death of a Turner teenager.

Sixteen-year-old Xavier Fuentes was found by a passing motorist on an unlit stretch of Route 117 in Paris on the evening of March 15. Police believe he was struck by a large vehicle.
