NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - Port Authority police say they’ve again arrested a man on charges of stealing luggage from the baggage carousel at Newark Liberty International Airport.

Plain-clothes officers say they observed 37-year-old Jaysen Williams grab two suitcases and walk out of Terminal C on Wednesday.

Officers approached Williams as he tried to board a bus.

Williams is charged with theft of moveable property and criminal trespass.

Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo says one bag belonged to a traveler from New Jersey and the other belonged to a passenger from California. The bags were returned to them intact.

Records show the Newark resident was arrested on the same charges at the airport in February.
