ROSWELL, N.M. (AP) - Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Roswell Applebee’s manager after a man says he was filmed using the restaurant’s restroom.

KRQE-TV reports (https://goo.gl/tiAPmm) that Roswell police recently issued the warrant for the manager who admitted to recording inside the bathroom stall because of recent vandalism.

According to a police report, a 29-year-old man says he noticed a phone up above the stall while using the restroom Monday night. The man says he saw someone reach for the phone and push record. The man told police he tried to confront the man who was taping him, but the guy wouldn’t come out of the stall.

An Applebee’s spokesman says the Roswell franchise is cooperating with police and is doing an internal review.
