HAVRE, Mont. (AP) - Paul Tuss of Havre has been elected the chairman of the state Board of Regents, which oversees the Montana university system.

Tuss has served as interim chair since Gov. Steve Bullock appointed former chairwoman Angela McLean as lieutenant governor. The Havre Daily News reports (https://bit.ly/1ioFdwD) Tuss was elected Friday during the regents’ meeting in Havre.

Tuss is the executive director of Bear Paw Development Corp. His term on the board expires in February 2020.
