KENT, Ohio (AP) - Kent State University has suspended a fraternity for hazing and other violations.
It’s the second time the school has handed down a hazing suspension since the beginning of the past school year.
Kent State says Sigma Tau Gamma received a 3-year ban on all campus activities after a university investigation. The school hasn’t released details about what led to the decision.
The fraternity and its national organization didn’t immediately respond to messages left Sunday.
Last October, the Gamma Tau chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi was suspended for three years over allegations of misconduct.
