LEAVENWORTH, Kan. (AP) - Leavenworth police say the death of a man at a hotel is being investigated as a homicide.
Police say Robert G. Lynch Jr. of Leavenworth was found dead Thursday at a Days Inn.
Leavenworth deputy chief Dan Nicodemus said Lynch’s injuries were suspicious but he did not release information on the types of injuries. He also said it was unclear how long Lynch had been dead.
The Leavenworth Times reports (https://bit.ly/1ty9r7M ) Lynch had been staying at the hotel for several days. His truck was found abandoned in Leavenworth Friday afternoon.
Nicodemus says investigators do not have any suspects.
