PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say a man was wounded in the hand when he was hit by at least one bullet fired from a neighboring house.

Sgt. Tommy Thompson says a suspect involved in a domestic violence situation in the house next door fired several shots in his bedroom Friday.

According to Thompson, the bullets went through the wall and entered the neighboring home where the man was hit and wounded.

Thompson says the man’s hand wound is not life-threatening.

Further details are not available.
