ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - Three men accused of killing three people in a Rochester apartment shooting rampage have been indicted by a grand jury.

The Democrat and Chronicle of Rochester reports (https://on.rocne.ws/1t3rW1v ) that a Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted 34-year-old Marlando Allen, 21-year-old Steve Fulcott, and 34-year-old Andre McFarlane on charges of first-degree murder in connection with the February killings.

The three Rochester residents are scheduled to be arraigned on the charges next week. They pleaded not guilty during an initial arraignment last month and are being held without bail.

The victims were Michael Nelson and Jacquelyn Simmons, both 24, and 21-year-old Jermeliah Simmons. Their bodies were found Feb. 24 in the apartment, two days after the attack.
