COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Ohio authorities say a father and son are facing federal charges of sex trafficking involving a child and transporting women for prostitution in exchange for heroin.
The Ohio Attorney General’s Office says 46-year-old Keith Arrick Sr. of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, and 21-year-old Keith Arrick Jr. of Lima (LY’-muh) were indicted this week on charges that included conspiracy to commit sex trafficking.
The indictment says the pair took the juvenile and the women to Columbus hotels and advertised them as prostitutes on the Internet. Arrick Sr. is accused of giving the women heroin in exchange for prostituting themselves and threatened to kill them if they tried to leave.
Both were in jail in Columbus. No attorney information was available.
