FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say they’re investigating the death of a Flagstaff man as a homicide.

Coconino County Sheriff’s deputies say the body of 56-year-old David Allen Christine was found early Wednesday near a roadway by a passing motorist.

They say there were indications of foul play at the scene, but details weren’t disclosed.

There were no forms of identification on the body and authorities say Christine was identified from fingerprints.

Sheriff’s detectives say Christine may have frequented several homeless shelters in Flagstaff.

Flagstaff police later found his minivan parked outside a motel.

Authorities say the manner of death will be determined by the county medical examiner’s office.
