EDMONDS, Wash. (AP) - A 73-year-old woman crossing a downtown Edmonds street was struck and killed Tuesday evening by a driver making a left turn.
Police say the 36-year-old driver stopped, called 911 and cooperated with investigators. She did not appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
