LAS VEGAS (AP) - A second California man has been sentenced in Nevada to eight years in federal prison after he and a co-defendant pleaded guilty to coercion and enticement of a minor for getting two girls, ages 12 and 16, to travel to Las Vegas to work as prostitutes.
U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden said Wednesday that 21-year-old Seagram Joshua Miller was also ordered Tuesday to serve 10 years of supervised release and register as a sex offender.
Miller’s sentencing comes after 20-year-old Ray Darnell Webb was sentenced in April in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas.
Webb and Miller are from Hayward, California.
The two men pleaded guilty in January, admitting they brought the girls from Oakland, California, to Las Vegas in April 2013 for prostitution work scheduled through the website MyRedbook.com.
