CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming’s unemployment rate fell to 3.7 percent in April, from 4 percent in March.

In a statement Tuesday, Wyoming Department of Workforce Services reported the rate was significantly lower than a year ago, when it was 4.7 percent, and well below the current national unemployment rate of 6.3 percent.

The Department of Workforce Services says rates fell in every county, suggesting improvement in economic conditions across the state.
