A subway crash in Seoul, South Korea’s capital, on Friday has left about 170 injured, emergency responders said.

The injuries aren’t life-threatening, Voice of America reported.

Officials say a train crashed into another that was stopped at the station, leading to one of the cars being derailed. Panicking passengers tried to jump off the trains and walk to a nearby station — and that’s when some of the injuries occurred, police said, YTN reported.

Authorities are investing the reasons for the collision.
