MARIETTA, Ga. (AP) - Two people who suffered gunshot wounds during a shooting at a FedEx facility near Atlanta remain hospitalized.
A spokesman for WellStar Kennestone Regional Medical Center said a 28-year-old man, who has been identified as Christopher Sparkman, remained in serious condition Friday after undergoing several surgeries. A 52-year-old woman remained in stable condition.
A 22-year-old man was released from the hospital Thursday evening.
Three other people who suffered gunshot wounds when 19-year-old Geddy Kramer fired on coworkers at the FedEx sorting center in Kennesaw early Tuesday morning had already been released from the hospital. Police say Kramer fatally shot himself after shooting some of his coworkers with a shotgun.
Sparkman, a security guard at the FedEx facility, was the first person shot and suffered the most serious injuries.
