MOORE, Okla. (AP) - The city of Moore is holding a remembrance ceremony on Tuesday, the one-year anniversary of a deadly EF5 twister that killed 24 people.

Gov. Mary Fallin and Moore city officials will also break ground on the new Moore Medical Center at the 10 a.m. event. The medical center was destroyed in last year’s storm.

The program will start by paying tribute to the 24 people who died on May 20. It will conclude with the groundbreaking event.
