COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - A Columbia man has died after he was shot following an argument after a party.

Richland County Coroner Gary Watts said 18-year-old Shamoray Antonio Robison died at the scene around 1 a.m. Sunday.

Nineteen-year-old Nicholas Reed Moses of Columbia has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and illegally carrying a pistol. It was not clear if Moses has a lawyer.

Columbia Police spokeswoman Jennifer Timmons said both men had attended a party with several other people. Timmons said Richland County sheriff’s deputies had shut down a party after an argument developed. She said the shooting occurred a short time later in southeast Columbia near Interstate 77.
