LONDON, Ontario (AP) - Edgars Kulda and Luke Bertolucci each scored twice and Tristan Jarry made 38 saves in the Edmonton Oil Kings’ 5-2 victory over the London Knights on Sunday night in the Memorial Cup.

Reid Petryk also scored to help the Western Hockey League champion Oil Kings rebound from an opening loss to Ontario Hockey League winner Guelph on Saturday.

Alex Basso and Dakota Mermis scored for London. The host Knights are 0-2, also losing to Quebec Major Junior Hockey League winner Val-d’Or on Friday night in the tournament opener.

On Monday, Guelph will play Val-d’Or. Edmonton will play Val-d’Or on Tuesday night, and London will face Guelph on Wednesday night in the final game in the preliminary round.

The team with the best record in the preliminary round will advance to the final. The second- and third -place teams will meet in the semifinal.
