GROVE CITY, Pa. (AP) - Former Florida governor and potential GOP presidential contender Jeb Bush tells college graduates it’s time to be bolder and create a world where hard work makes a difference.
Bush made the comments in a commencement speech delivered Saturday to 585 students at northwestern Pennsylvania’s Grove City College.
