While fending off charges that she suffered brain damage from a concussion, former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, commenting on the recent Iranian nuclear deal, said recently, “No deal is better than a bad deal” (“Clinton: No Deal Better Than Bad Deal With Iran,” Web, May 14).

Where was this sage advice 20 years ago when Bill Clinton’s administration signed off on the irresponsible 1994 Nuclear Framework Agreement — the one that put North Korea on the fast track to developing nukes while champagne was flowing in the White House over this “foreign-policy triumph”?

In his best-selling book “In the President’s Secret Service,” author and former Secret Service agent Ronald Kessler described the Clinton White House as “one giant party,” with Mrs. Clinton consumed with keeping tabs on her husband.

Whether Mrs. Clinton is brain-damaged or not, after eight years of President Obama, do we really want to continue with the “party scene” at the White House and allow the world to get more dangerous with a distracted and jealous president? Or is it time for the adults to be put back in charge?
