PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) - The president of a Washington State University sorority has apologized for the behavior of members during an outing in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Kappa Kappa Gamma President Megan Taylor says the sorority also wants to give back to the community with a service day next fall.
The Spokesman-Review reports (https://bit.ly/1g8tF5l) Coeur d’Alene Mayor Steve Widmyer accepted the apology and is planning a community service project for the women.
Witnesses said drunken members of the sorority urinated in City Park after they got off charter buses May 3 to board a Lake Coeur d’Alene cruise boat.
