ATLANTA (AP) - Georgia and Georgia Tech have made passing scores in all sports on the NCAA’s Academic Progress Report.

Three years after it was hit with APR-related penalties, Georgia Tech’s men’s basketball team scored a 989, tied for fifth-best in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Georgia Tech’s football team earned a multi-year APR score of 983, matching its high mark set last year.

The Georgia men’s basketball team had the third-highest score (986) in the Southeastern Conference. Georgia’s football team ranked eighth in the SEC with its 967 on the tool used by the NCAA to measure the eligibility, retention and graduation of student-athletes.

Georgia earned perfect scores of 1,000 in men’s golf, women’s gymnastics, and women’s swimming and diving. Georgia Tech had perfect scores in golf, women’s tennis and men’s swimming.
